What is an emotional block?
This occurs as we hang on to emotions for an extended period of time without understanding or remembering the thoughts that are reflected in the body. Emotions are true pathfinders, but we humans categorise them as negative or positive. When we really sense these feelings, they are more like a guide than a burden. Our therapists are here to help you identify these dormant thoughts and get them to the forefront so you can recognise and release them.
There are many different result driven techniques out there, however in our clinic we use different tools depending on the practitioner’s training. Our practitioners are guided to use specific techniques to assist you to find and release emotional blockages.
